Shipping & Returns

Delivery Terms:

1. Items will be shipped within 1-3 working days after we verify your payment.(During the holiday sometime (short stock), it will be delay for some days).

2. The shipment always by DHL,UPS,FEDEX,EMS,etc. We also will choose the different express shipment for your order as concrete condition. Shipping by sea is also acceptable.

3. Please mark declared value for customs when you make an order .(In order to let you pay less or none customs tax, we will write value 20%-40% or less each piece, if your country not allowed this or you have other comments, please inform us in advance).

4. About client from Brazil , Please offer us the CNPJ NO. or CPF NO. Chile client please offer us RUT NO. for Russia client, EMS only.

5. we are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax, So are any accident, delay or other issues that are the responsibility of the shipping service. Shipping time depends on the efficiency of the destination's local post office, When the goods arrive to your local post office, but none signs the parcel after 7 days, the parcel will be returned or destroyed. We will not resend the parcel and the money will also not be refunded.

 

Warranty & Refunds:

We will do our best to our customers if we can!

1. When you receive the postage, please check the goods all is ok... if carton broken, please contact shipment to complain.

2. Products with quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. Modiparts-Store.com will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred.

3. Products with no quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees incurred.

4. Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return or exchange. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.

5. BLOXsport.com guarantees its products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement.You will be responsible for all return/re-delivery fees incurred.
